Service Fees to Avoid When Importing: To avoid our $50 reimbursement service fees, please arrange all your payment to your vendors, directly ASAP.

  1. Customs broker = broker between US customs and importer only: to transmits importer info's/doc's, ISF and entry filing way it was received from you and your-vendors, to US customs.
  2. Customs broker = is not a broker between you and your-vendors (factory / supplier / forwarder / warehouse / shipping-company / cet-exam-sites, us agencies and etc. ). We are not your money broker.

Each of bill of lading (BL) /shipment must have:

( ISF form / sea only/(excel sample), Invoice , packing list , bill of lading / BL (ie: bill-of-sale), air-way-bill ( AWB ) / arrival-notice (an), + photo-pictures-of-importation + fumigation-certificate/report (if any) + HTC code + country-of-origin(notice sample) + materials that is made out of, on all doc's, if fabric/textile, must have% (ie: cotton%, woven%, nylon% and etc. ) + photo-pictures of labels/ marks/ stamp, out-side of the boxes/crates/shipment + if subject-to; trademark, patent, permits, certification and etc. , + all other related documents/info (if any). All document must be in us dollars and English.

Note: each reimbursement payment to your vendor will cost $97. 50 again, pay your vendors directly asap.

Also, below are some of your vendors for sea LCL shipping / sea full container shipping and _air shipping: before shipment arrangement, you must negotiate your sea / air shipping terms with your supplier/shipping-company, otherwise you will be paying each of your vendors:. As importer, there are 10 party involved with 9 vendor payments or more: (1. You/importer). (2. Your factory/supplier payments). (3. Your foreign forwarder/trucking/warehouse/customs/terminal/exam/etc). (4. Cargo insurance/maritime law /all risk / total lost) (5. Us customs clearing fee) (6. Us ISF filing fee / sea only) (7. Forwarder: arrival notice/OBL/unloading from vessel and moving it to warehouse/port fee). (8. Us exam site fee) (9. Cfs warehouse payment/ LCL sea shipment. Or. Sea terminal port payment/full container) (10. Domestic trucking payment or pick-up your shipment yourself) (11. Etc, etc,)

Note:

  1. If when, your shipment is under exam, you could contact the exam site and pay the exam fees directly to exam site.
  2. Also, if want " front of the line privileges of exam and other benefits ", C-TPAT registration here.
  3. For duty/tax, you could also pay directly to US customs, application here.

If you wait until closest to last day to pay all your vendors (forwarder fees or warehouse storage/demurrage fees/fork-lift fees/pallet fees/in/out fees or trucker fees or exam fees, us government agencies, all other related fees and etc fees), most of your vendors will not take your late payments, especially when involving storage/demurrage fees and /or exam fee and /or last minute surprises fees by your vendor and etc fees. Your vendor does not to give you any bad news and they just want to get pay from you. So, your vendor will ask you, to tell your broker to pay all the fees and you could reimburse to your broker later, and if this is want you want or you just want to consolidate under one Invoice and bill you one Invoice , you can review the payment disclaimer and others. We will pre-estimate storage / demurrage fees / other pending fees up to 4 days in advance and add it to your Invoice , and email you total. If you have over paid to us, it will be reimbursed by our company check to you within 3 working days + us mail time. Your shipment/documents entry summary / CBP form 7501 and entry/immediate delivery / CBP form 3461 and pick up order and bill of lading (delivery order / dad / do and etc documents) will not be released until payments have cleared with our bank.
